Welcome to Nehemiah Project New Website
Across our city, we lack enough leaders. Across the country, in the next 10 years there will be a shortage of 300,000+ leaders. Additionally, we lack qualified leaders. We must address this problem at two levels: First, is the professional development of biblically grounded servant leaders. Second, Improve operating performance of non-profits through best practices and business support services.

The calling for this organization came to Kirk Rogg, Ph.D. an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist and consultant. Dr. Rogg's dream was to take his ideas from the corporate world and translate it to the Christian ministry world.  Specifically, Kirk desired to enable Christian ministries to accelerate their impact and effectiveness by focusing their resources on their core purpose.  He called this dream The Nehemiah Project. Before Dr. Rogg could realize his dream, he was diagnosed with ALS a/k/a Lou Gehrig's disease. Nonetheless, he began laying the foundation for the project; he recruited his father, Honorable Ron Rogg, Kansas District Court (Ret.), to serve as Chairman of the board.  While Kirk passed away in November 2007, his dream continues.
