About Us
Kirk Rogg, Ph.D. is an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist. He has directed the leadership assessment and development practice of Aon Talent Solutions Consulting Group. Aon is known worldwide for its insurance, risk management and human capital consulting. Kirk has worked with many Fortune 100 clients, including Dell, Motorola, Sprint, McDonald’s, Ford Motor Company, Toyota Motor Corporation and the U.S. Department of Labor. Kirk is the coauthor of My Leadership Journey: Charting A Course to Leadership Wisdom.
Kirk and his wife Angie have three daughters: Danielle, Hannah, Sarah. Kirk has a deep and abiding faith in Jesus Christ, and has been an active member at his church, Olathe Bible Church.

Key Goals: Leadership, Networking, Collaboration, Service Primary Goal: Remove Distractions & Barriers that hinder Partner Organizations
Objective: To enhance the efficiency, quality, and strategic focus of our partner organizations by understanding and effectively meeting resource needs that will allow the organizations to spend more time and energy on activities linked to their core purpose.
Anticipated Outcomes: Partner organization leaders will increase the percentage of time spent on high value, high impact activities. Partner organization leaders will have more energy and passion for prayer, Bible study, and strategic planning.
Process/Deliverables: A world-class office and conference facility that offers office space, conference rooms, and access to shared resources such as receptionists, computer network, administrative assistants, graphic artists, web designers, writers, copiers, etc. A team of full- and part-time interns (possibly housed on site) to support and leverage partnership organizations’ leaders. A Quality-controlled and easily-accessed “library” of "best-in-class" letters, presentations, proposals, strategic planning templates, and other ministry development supporting materials.
