Collaboration


As leaders interact, we believe there will be greater opportunity for collaboration. Instead of two or more organizations going about the same work in multiple ways, those same groups may work together for greater efficiency. In many cases there are many organizations competing for the same amount of dollars, or doing the same work yet completely unaware that another organization exists. Collaboration will result in greater delivery of service to the community and thus greater impact.
